- Request written specs from every bidder. Base depth, compaction target, drainage design, infill weight, and both warranty documents. Compare specs, not just totals.
- Visit older installations. Ask to see a field that's at least five to eight years old in the Tampa area.
- Book for the dry season. Target an October-through-April install window and reserve your slot several months out.
